At Rise Up Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee roasts.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for safety reasons, coffee bags must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
